Shield Yourself With EMF Shielding Clothes
You might be worried about the risks from RF EMF, but there are ways to shield yourself. Wearing clothes made from EMR shielding fabric can shield your body from damaging radiation. Such fabrics are often made of a silver-colored material embedded in a fine mesh. RF EMF can heat up organic matter

This heat can cause burns that are superficial and deep cataracts, deep burns, and general hyperthermia. Although these effects might not be as obvious as the typical EHS symptoms however, they can be serious. Fortunately, the levels of exposure required to trigger these effects are small compared to the consequences of prolonged exposed to EMF.

An RF antenna that measured 25 feet long could be positioned at about 620 ft depth. In the course of 40 hours of RF heating, the temperature within the borehole was raised to 220 F. This study highlighted RF heating as a potentially effective method of heating formation. In a later study, Bottazzi et al. (2013) studied the benefits of heating with electricity in the downhole condition.

Both methods can be employed to heat up organic matter. First, it involves placing the material in a high-frequency electromagnetic field. Another method is to place an object within the field that is an inductor. The electromagnetic field causes currents to be generated in the material, which then heat the object. The amount of heat produced is dependent on the resistance of the material to the currents as well as the duration of the exposure.


While the effects on biological systems of RF EMF are not conclusive, studies have shown an association between exposure to EMF from RF and EHS symptoms. This connection requires further research to understand if EMF exposure is the cause of EHS. Consequently, high levels of exposure could cause chronic health issues.

The evidence that suggests the possibility that exposure RF EMF could cause EHS is limited. There are however many other studies that prove the link between RF EMF and the oxidative stress. Although it's not clear how long EMF exposure may cause cellular damage, it's important to understand what is happening in the body so that you can avoid this type of problem. It could even affect organ function.

The effect of heating caused by EMF from RF is explained by the polarity of the substances. When the RF energy passes through a compound that is polar the atomic nuclei as well as electrons within the nuclei get displace from their equilibrium position. In the process, the electrons surrounding the nuclei are dipoles that are caused by the RF energy. The dipole realignment happens trillions of times a second. In this process, friction develops between the moving molecules and heat is generated throughout the entire volume of the material.

While RF radiation does not directly damage DNA, it could cause heat to accumulate in body tissue that could cause burning or damage to tissue. Unlike ionizing radiation, RF radiation is not believed to cause cancer. However, certain studies show an increase in tumors in laboratory subjects exposed RF radiation.

There are a variety of federal agencies responsible for regulating and monitoring the effects on the body of RF radiation on the human body. These include those of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. They monitor exposure to RF to ensure it's safe for employees. They also encourage employees to limit their exposure to radiation if they are working in environments with high-frequency RF.
