Protect Yourself With EMF Shielding Clothes
There are many people who are concerned about the dangers from RF EMF, but there are ways to protect yourself. Wearing clothing that is made of EMR shielding fabrics can protect your body from harmful radiation. These fabrics typically consist of a silver-colored material embedded in fine mesh. When the rays of a cellphone or WI-FI signal hit the material and cause electrons in it to bounce echo within the material. One of these textiles, known as the Wavestopper(tm) textile has been proven to block 99% of radiofrequency radiation that is harmful.

RF EMF can heat up organic matter
RF EMF is an effective source of energy that can heat up organic matter. It does this by altering the water molecules' polarization. The heat may cause burns that are superficial and deep cataracts, deep burns, and general hyperthermia. While these effects may not be as apparent as the usual EHS symptoms but they are nonetheless significant. Luckily, the levels of exposure required to cause these effects are not as significant as the effects of high-level radiation to EMF.

An RF antenna that measured 25 feet long is installed in 620 feet in depth. After 40 hours of RF heating, the temperature inside the borehole was raised from 210 F. This study highlighted RF heating as a potentially useful technique for heating formation. In a later study, Bottazzi et al. (2013) analyzed the utility of heating with electricity in the downhole situation.

Both of these methods could be employed to heat up organic matter. One method is placing the object in an electromagnetic field. The second method involves placing the object in the electromagnetic field of an inductor. The electromagnetic field causes electrical currents in the material, which then heat the object. How much heat is produced is dependent on the resistance of the material to the flow of currents, as well as the length of the exposure.

While the effects on biological systems of RF EMF are not conclusive, research has revealed a possible connection between exposure to RF EMF in conjunction with EHS symptoms. This relationship requires further study to determine whether EMF exposure can cause EHS. It has been proven that childhood leukemia is associated with proximity to power lines.

RF EMR is made up of two elements namely, electric and magnetic. The two components work together to create an electromagnetic field with different levels of strength. This strength can be measured using specific units. For example, the electric field strength can be measured in units of volts per square millimeter. Magnetic field strength is determined in milliwatts for every square centimeter and the total electromagnetic field strength is measured in power density.


The non-ionizing form of EMF has a lower frequency, so it is unable to be able to break chemical bonds. However, ionizing radiation is able to cause chemical bonds to break and cause oxidative damage within the body. Furthermore, it could cause skin changes and tumors in certain people. Consequently, high levels of exposure could cause long-term health problems.

The research that shows that exposure to RF EMF could cause EHS is limited. There are however many other studies that prove the connection between RF EMF and oxygenative stress. While it is still not known how long EMF exposure could cause cell damage, it is important to know what's happening within the body to prevent this type of problem. EMF exposure can even impact organ function.

The effect of heat generated by RF EMF can be caused by the polarity of the substances. When RF energy travels through a compound that is polar the atomic nuclei as well as electrons inside the nuclei are moved away from their equilibrium positions. As a result, the electrons surrounding the nuclei transform into dipoles that are caused by the RF energy. The dipole realignment happens hundreds of times per second. During this process there is friction between the rotating molecules and heat is created throughout the material.

Although RF radiation doesn't directly harm DNA, it may cause heat to accumulate within body tissues and cause injuries to tissues or burns. In contrast to ionizing radiation RF radiation is not thought to cause cancer. However, emf shields show higher rates of tumors in lab animal models exposed to RF radiation.

There are numerous federal agencies that are involved in controlling and monitoring the effects from RF radiation on human bodies. These include The Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, and the OSHA. They monitor RF exposure to ensure that it's safe for workers. They also advise employees to minimize their exposure when working in environments with high-frequency RF.
