Our biggest mistake is to think that we are completely aligned in our expectations for each other without trying to figure out what our counterparts expect from us. There is however one thing we can almost always are in agreement on: he won't overlook an opportunity ....to expand the expectations gap. And there is no one in the world who can warn us of the imminent conflict.
There are many sources of communication issues, but they are generally related to our different personalities. People with square personalities are more likely not to communicate with liberal personalities. Affirmative personalities may have trouble aligning their expectations with the expectations of passive people. However, this is not difficult to recognize as we are all aware of the difference between liberal and squared, and active from passive.

Humans are divided into two categories. We can be split into two groups that are self-contained and others feel totally at ease in their own space. It is true that he may need a partner. Absolutely! The other aspect of humanity is made up of "half-a-circle" types that are (no this isn't full circles that got damaged during the birth) (see below) ... Half-circles, on the other hand they will redefine the concept of having mutual chemistry with their companions as 'I'm hanging on to this B..ST..RD, , until I am able to replace him using a suitable upgrade'.

Imagine the amazing dance that takes place when a "half" and "full" circle try to make each other their partner. They're not aware of their different perspectives. The Half makes two leaps forward, well from the comfort zone of his Full, who considers this sudden invasion of his personal space too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfort zone .... and as the Half was certain that the Full made an innocent mistake The Half starts to get frustrated and takes another step backward. They don't know why however, they don't have the proper terminology and don't know how to explain it. They go to the wrong areas. It would have saved their lives if they knew the difference between half and full.
Although there isn't a single solution, there are some actions you can adopt.
