It's a big problem that people do not understand. I'd say it's like a minefield that is our own creation .. It begins a second after the first contact with someone and is concluded with a stunning explosion...
We make the most common mistake of believing that we are completely in line with our partners' expectations. One thing is for certain that the other party doesn't waste any chance to expand this gap . There's no one out there to alert us of the imminent clash.
There are many causes for confusion, and many of them have to do with our personality. Square personalities are more likely to avoid communicating with people who are liberal. Aggressive personalities will have trouble aligning their expectations and the expectations of passive people. This is easy to see the difference between squared from liberal, whereas aggressive can be distinguished from passive.

However, what do you think if they're very different and they don't be aware of that. Imagine the personality gap. It's not something any person has ever investigated or even traced. !

I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen to a new type personality we all have The FULL CIRCLE personality in contrast to the half-circular individuals. !
Note: A behavioral guideline - when you read the next analysis, try to figure out which of the two personalities describe you best and also attempt to determine the person who your life partner is. If you find that you're different types - like Bono says, "we can be one however we are not the same" If you do, then you ought to be very happy as you may have discovered the cause of the differences between you. If you're the opposite type I'm sorry to not help you understand why your relationships appear like crap.

Now we are...
Rami Beracha
Humans are divided into two distinct groups. Some of us are the "full-circle" types who are self-contained and feels totally natural to be completely by themselves. Yes, he does need the support of a partner. Absolutely! Absolutely! ... BUT, until he has found his ideal partner, he can live without one. When he finds the perfect one, he will be able to live your life with a full circle partner.
The "half-a circle" type is the other side of humanity. (No, it's not full-circle that was damaged during the delivery). They are not going to let go of their miserable animal after they have found it. They'll work to physically join their victim into a happy circle. The Halves will never sacrifice their love for each other. They will stare at each other in the same way from the distance for the rest of their lives. It is impossible to make them feel more connected than that.
An interesting observation between the two types is the decision to leave an individual partner. If a partner has lost chemistry with the whole circle will be let go naturally by the whole circle. The half-a–circle' types on the other side will redefine the notion of having the same chemistry' as their partners to mean: 'I'm holding onto this B..ST..RD. until I can replace him correctly'.
Imagine the fantastic dance that occurs when the "half" and "full" circle attempt to force each other to become their partner. They're not aware of their differences. The Half makes two leaps forward, well from the comfort zone of his Full who finds this sudden invasion of his personal space too terrifying. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfortable zone . While the Half believes that the Full was innocent and made a wrong move, and he was kind enough to compensate by taking a second step forward, the Half gets more concerned and begins to feel angry. They know why, but because they don't know the proper terminology they can't adequately explain their confusion and head to the wrong directions. They could have been saved if they had known that the one they are searching for is Half and the other is full.
There is no single answer to this essay. However, there are some action items:

1. Discover who you are.

2. Learn who your partner is
3. There's a difference.
3. Be aware of the differences!

actually, one conclusion: Live and let live.
