Miscommunication is a serious problem. It's like an open-air minefield. It begins one second after the initial contact is made with a person and ends with a massive explosion...
Our biggest mistake is to think that we are completely aligned in our expectations of each other without trying to guess what our counterparts expect from us. There is one thing that we are in complete accord with our partner in the other hand - he never misses an opportunity to expand this expectation gap .... We are not alerted by anyone.

There are many causes for confusion, and many of them have to do with our personalities. Squared personalities are more likely than those with liberal personalities to miscommunicate, and people who are aggressive might have difficulties getting their expectations in line with passive. This isn't difficult to spot - we all know the distinction between squared and liberal, and passive and active.

What if they're totally different? Imagine that there's a type of personality gap that exists, but which we are not aware of. It's not something anybody has researched or warned about, nor identified. !

I'd like to introduce you, ladies and gentlemen, to the new type of personality that we all share The FULL CIRCLE personality as opposed to the HALF-CIRCLE individuals. !
Note: This analysis provides guidelines for behavior. Try to figure what personality best represents what you're like Then, try to determine what your relationship partner's personality is. If you discover you are different types - like Bono sings, "we can be one but not exactly the same" You should be extremely happy because you may have identified the root-cause behind many of your differences. Two kinds of human beings are there. Certain of us fall in the "full-circle" category, which is an individual that can be completely independent and does not feel like he needs a partner. He does want to partner with others, and the truth is, he's always seeking an individual to share his experiences with. Absolutely! It's all true ... However, he will not be able survive without a suitable partner. Once he has found the person of his dreams He wants to spend his entire life with his hopefully complete circle of friends.

The "half-a circle" type is the other face of the human race. (No this isn't a full-circle that was damaged during the birth). They won't let go once they have found their miserable lover. To create a joyful circle, they will be able to almost join their victims... however, don't let them do this thing of living side by side! The Halves do not want to compromise their desire to staring at each other from a distance of zero for the rest. Only intimate relationships satisfy their need to connect with one another and form one whole.
The decision to let go is a common observation. The entire circle would typically let go of a person with whom they have lost his chemistry quickly. Half-a-circle types will, however, redefine what 'having mutually having chemistry with their partner means - 'I'm keeping this B..ST..RD until I am able replace them with an appropriate upgrade'.

Imagine the amazing dance in which two "half a-circle", and a 'full-circle" attempt to make each other, without being aware of their differing geometries. The Half smiles and moves two steps forward. The Full finds this unwelcome invasion to be slightly scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He forced the Half out of his comfortable zone . Even though the Half assumes that the Full made a mistake, and graciously compensated by taking another step forward, the Half becomes more worried and starts to feel irritated. Both understand why, but aren't using the correct terms. They can't properly explain their anguish so they look for the wrong things. The victims could have been saved had they known that the answer they're seeking is Half, and the other one is full.
While there is no one answer, there are many actions that can be taken.
