Mojang means Minecraft. The Microsoft-owned developer also works on different projects. Scrolls was a different project: an online card-based battle game that's available across PC, Mac and tablets. The game is now at the end of its life and the developer has announced that it will discontinue development on the game. The announcement doesn't give a particular reason for the abrupt end, but we've reached out to see if there was any particular reason that the developer won a legal battle against Bethesda in the sense that it was able to name the game "Scrolls" in the first place, but was bound from naming sequels similar to the original. Mojang promises to keep the servers up for another year. That means that you'll have 12 months to finish the most recent update and levels that were released last month.
Update The following update: A Mojang spokesperson confirmed that the launch of the "Scrolls" beta was a huge success. Tens of thousands of players fought every day, and many are still active today. The game is no longer able to keep pace with the ever-changing game.
