Minecraft Earth won't be stuck in beta testing for longer. Mojang and Microsoft have announced that the game's augmented-reality feature will be available in "early access" for certain countries beginning in October. It wasn't clear what countries or platforms will be included, however the beta is available to Android and iOS users.
Log-design
Earth is a slight departure in the core Minecraft experience. You can still build your worlds using AR. However you can also participate in shareable Adventures which require you to take on monsters and other challenges in order to obtain rare resources. It's an extension of Minecraft that invites you to go out into the real world and connect with the world-building glue.
