Small tradeskill improvements, such as a measure of your skill level or the capability of blacksmiths to work with an entire range of materials.

Changes to the Duel Arena, including 64-player tournaments and the ability to track your Tournament rank.
A Grand Exchange that sells in-game items to all players on all servers.
And, of course .. the world of Runescape never ceases to change.
