Neve Paritzki Israel celebrates record-breaking entry into tourism The numbers come from the United States

Not far behind the United States, Canada is also on track to exceed the number of tourists visiting Israel, reaching 7,200 visitors in the month of July 2022 and 6,000 in August.

Israel welcomed more tourists from all over the world during 2019 than any other nation. 969 600 of these were Americans. Israel's official reopening to all travelers was May 2018. The country has been home to more than 600,400 US travelers since then.
