NEW YORK - September 8 2022, /PRNewswire/- New record breaking tourist arrivals to the United States were announced today by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. The country received 78,000 travelers from the United States during July 2022 which is an increase of 4% over 2019 and 71,000 tourists from the United States during August 2022. That's a 13% growth over 2019.

Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) stated that it was exciting to observe the growth in Israeli tourism from the United States. Already surpassing the record-breaking numbers of 2019 he stated. "The United States remains our most important market for Israel-bound tourism. Before the COVID-19 epidemic, we were celebrating record-breaking tourism numbers each month.
