Aloo Cheese Paratha | Cheese Parantha Recipe | Cheesy Aloo Paratha Recipe | How to make Paratha
Today I'm sharing with you a very delicious and cheesy parantha recipe - the Aloo Cheese Paratha - which is a fabulous combination of cheese and potato stuffed inside a ghee-roasted paratha, a perfect healthy breakfast !!

Ingredients :
Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup grated
Boiled Potatoes - 3 to 4
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Hingh (Asafetida) - 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander chopped
Green chillies - 2 to 3 chopped
Onions - 1 chopped
Kasuri methi (Dry fenugreek) - 1 tbsp
Pure Ghee - 3 to 4 tbsp
Wheat flour (or refined flour) - 2 cups
Water
Method :
1. Mix 2 tbsp ghee and salt as per taste into the flour.
2. Knead it into a soft and stiff dough.
3. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
4. Mash the potatoes in another mixing bowl and add all the seasonings - red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, asafetida, chopped coriander, green chilli, onion and kasuri methi.
5. Mix it well to make the flavored stuffing for the cheese parathas.
6. Take a small portion from the dough ball and flatten it with your palm.
7. Place some portion of the stuffing over it, along with 2 to 3 tsp of grated mozzarella cheese on top of it.
8. Slowly pack the stuffing into the dough ball with circular rotating motion.
9. Press it to flatten and then roll it using a roller.
10. Keep it a bit thick to avoid tearing of the dough sheets.
11. Put the paratha on a hot tawa (flat pan) and roast it on one side for 2 to 3 minutes. Then flip it over to the other side.
12. Apply generous amount of ghee over the paratha, and flip it again.
13. Apply ghee on the other side too.
14. Roast it for a few minutes on either sides until nicely done.
15. Take it off and serve it hot with some seasoned yogurt, sabzi or ketchup.
