John Mccain - The Conservative Who Lost His Way
By visit here -September the Obama campaign pretty much admitted they had no strategy for Sarah or anything else that was not in their game plan. Since they had clearly not done scenario planning they found themselves in a box they could not wiggle out of.

I've watched and heard the two men clearly in rapport with each other. I've listened to the outcome of negotiations where compromises have clearly been made for the higher good, the benefit of the British nation. I've watched people from two opposing parties working co-operatively rather than the normal aggressive, confrontative dog fights which are oh so familiar in political life.

What did Alex Sink do wrong? Well, that's a tough one. Her biggest mistake when referring to this race wasn't done during her campaign or even during her tenure with Bank of America or Nations Bank.

It didn't matter if they were shredding his signs or invading his rallies, Dan Webster didn't attack. The ruthless Grayson campaign tried to provoke the midnight blue and cotton-white (the colors of the Webster campaign) with everything they could and the only reply they got was polite silence.

I've written a lot about this race and it's no secret, that I've been a Teresa Jacobs fan for a while, and now I'm happy that we're going to see where she can take this county. A mayor that's not afraid of the powerful lobbyist or developers and will make the decisions that are right for everyone, not just the wealthy.

malaysia election The Maverick, while touting his plan to make the Bush tax cuts permanent, wants to implement a 50 cent per gallon gas tax to curb emissions. A plan that was originally brought up by lefty Carl Levin and backed by every Al Gore fan boy.

Of course it is our civic duty to use our intellect to DECIDE which candidate we think is best and vote accordingly. But here we really should consider what "best"means. Do we really want only to vote for the candidate that is "best" for our own personal interests? Could it be possible that what WE want for our own personal interests could be in conflict with what would be "best" overall for everyone in the whole country? How about considering what would be "best" for the whole world?

So conservatives are faced with a choice. Abandon what they truly believe in and vote for McCain just because he's a republican. Or search for the best candidate for them. I choose the latter.
