Kitsune or Youko. Known as a fox demon. That's what she is and always be. That doesn't mean she is not a living being that doesn't have her own identity. Tsubaki is the fourth children, the last one and the only white fox in fox demon main family clan. Let me tell you this, a white fox is a very rare specimen in Kitsune clan. They can be considered on par of a God without waiting to have nine tails. When a white fox born in this youkai family, they usually have this decency that makes many deities go awry. Violent... and there goes their non endless list about their scary nature. It's awful too when you kill them, they will enter a state of reincarnation. But once they enter this circle, they will not remember about their past life(s) until they reach adulthood, or in this case 15 years old.

They said it's a CURSE. The white fox can escape this curse but every single of them has a different cause that set them free. No one could find the solution, except their selves.

Because of this, those deities and the head of Kitsune clan, who is very in love with his daughter but cannot let them to seal her and life a sad life under nothingness, deceive the little Tsubaki. They said, she doesn't have any responsibility to stay in her clan so her father gave her 'permission' to stay in the human world and serve as a familiar.

Tsubaki lived a long peaceful life as a familiar serving the Minor Wind God, Kazegami, since she was a kid. At first no one wants to take her in then this infamous for his weird and lively attitude God took her in. She stayed with him until she grew nine tails. She learned so many things including life as a human.

The world changed, Kazegami grew tired with the same old environment... More importantly, when he saw something in his dearest companion's eyes. Those adoring eyes changed into loving one. It's not something uncalled for a god and youkai to have a relationship. Nonetheless, he literally is her everything after her family thoughtlessly abandoned her. Because of those logic thoughts, he set Tsubaki free from her duties. He didn't say his reason. Kazegami wants her to get a chance to live together with human. Go through everything that has been told by him, directly. Kazegami promised, if one day she doesn't have anyone to come back to. He will pick her up by himself. It doesn't bother him at all to take this abandoned youkai as his life companion.

Not too long after Kazegami absence, Tsubaki started being violent, since she is a powerful being without a master nor purpose... Her true nature came out all the way to the surface. The youkai girl fell in love once again, this moment with the color of blood. She sent many innocent people to their deathbed. Either killing them just to paint the earth in red... or eating their insides to make her magic more powerful. As the matter of fact, Kazegami's decision looked unwise. Countless death bodies trashed the human world caused by Tsubaki's consciousness about what's been raging under her skin. Previously, she didn't know about Kitsune's need, such as energy. Kazegami secretly took care of it. When he's gone, Tsubaki embraced the true way to get the energy she wants.
- First, a direct contact with any living being, skin to skin.
It's like transferring body heat. The first way is not harmless at all but it does make someone feel weak after the process. A weak human life expand will instantly get cut down if a Kitsune do this to them. It's not always conclude sex activities like the legends mentioned, it's easier that way to get a load of energy but Tsubaki doesn't like this way. A little touch is okay.
- Second, a direct contact, mouth to mouth.
It's not a something that will be seen as a passionate act. This way Kitsune will take their victim's liver and ingest it. When the procedure is done, their victim won't stay alive.

Her life and body was getting more rotten day by day. One day a Deity tried to seal her but accidentally, He killed her. Tsubaki that doesn't know about her ability to go over reincarnation circle, finally learnt about it. Fifteen years later, the Kitsune showed her nose again. Again, the innocent humans were her target.. Still, the Gods continued to hunt her down and try to seal her without killing her..... A sly fox she is, when they almost seal her. She kills herself.

Up to one day she stumbled on Miyaguchi Kazuo, he looks likes her old master. Totally looks alike, such a 'nice' coincidence. This brought back many happy memories she buried deep in her heart. It didn't mean she stopped her new hobby.

Similarly with her previous master, Kazuo insisted to take her in. He is very aware of her true nature. Just like mentioned before, Tsubaki didn't stop. It did gave a great shock, but she thought he had nothing to do with herself. Unfortunately, her stubbornness is nothing when facing Kazuo's persistence. Time passed, with his own hand Kazuo managed to take her in. He treated her like his own child, even this guy... Managed to make Tsubaki reincarnated self to born into their family again. Until now, she doesn't know what is the power Kazuo used. Even after Kazuo died, her son, grandson did the same to her... They treat her as a family and gave her something to do with her life. Somehow this puts those Gods mission into a halt.

Kazuo made a shady elite organization that accepts any kind of job. Now is one of the elite organization despite its rocky start as a 'shady' workplace. You can say Tsubaki is the most reliable agent in there and holds the biggest influence, on the contrary she didn't hold the leadership. It's one of Kazuo's orders. Thanks to her ability to 'shape shifting' into whoever she wants no one know her past beside Miyaguchi family.

As for now, Tsubaki still lives between Kazuo Miyaguchi's family now as a 'little sister' of Miyaguchi Mikoto and Hiro. It's a little secret that only some Miyaguchi elders know, that's it's not a by a chance that she stays with the main family sons. It's been known that she needs someone to constantly feed her the energy Mikoto and Hiro happen to be strong enough to provide her the energy without taking away their life.

So she continues to live as a familiar and work as an agent. There's time she full filled her spiritual role as a good familiar in some temple when they need her.

Personally, she understands why she's staying in a human world. Tsubaki's being sensible, she has to life her live to the fullest until she finds the curse breaker that she doesn't have the idea about. Well.... Breathing the fresh air is not something bad to do.... Continue living.... Maybe she will find it....
