How to Find World Of Warcraft Server Status

With distinct maintenance schedules and occasional down times It's useful to know WoW's server statuses. Every realm in WoW Classic and the modern game may experience occasional interruptions. It's helpful to be aware that Blizzard is the culprit and not you. There is an easy way to check the status of realms at any given time.



Blizzard has an official Realm Status page on the website that provides all the different realms for both WoW: Modern and WoW Classic. Every realm is listed with their name and size, population along with their timezone, location, and type. You can also change the region on the right side of the screen. On the far left is a status icon that determines whether or the realm is accessible to you. This is a key place to check if you're trying to login to your character on a maintenance day or a launch day for a new patch.



If you conduct a quick search for WoW realm status, you can find some websites that appear exactly the same as the official site. I'd advise against using them over the official site, however they're a good way to check if for some reason Blizzard's page is down. Serverlist101 Your last way of checking whether or not the realms are down is logging in and seeing the kind of message you get. Sometimes, you can see an updated list of the status of all realms and their status. This was an important step to getting into WoW Classic for name reservations last year.



Apart from that there are many people yelling that servers are down on Twitter or in our Discord channel. There's no one else in these times of need. We all want to log back in to complete our World Quests and level up. The next time there's an outage, our collective perseverance will allow the servers to come back up quicker. I hope so.
