Minecraft: All of Denmark virtually recreated

The whole of Denmark has been recreated in the virtual world Minecraft.
The whole country has been faithfully replicated in the hugely popular title's building-block style by the Danish government.
Danish residents are encouraged to "freely move about in Denmark" and to "find your own residential space to build and tear down."
Worldwide, around 50 million Minecraft copies have been sold.
Also known as a "sandbox" game, the title allows players to live in a virtual space, by using building blocks to construct everything from basic structures to entire worlds.
Servers
Minecraft was founded by Markus "Notch", a Swedish independent developer.
The Danish government claimed that the maps were designed to be used as a teaching tool - suggesting "virtual field excursions" to remote areas of the country.
Flat roofs
There are no other goals other than survival.
Many players are interested in replicating real-world locations.
An intern from the UK's Ordnance Survey team created 86,000 sq. miles (2244,000 sq km) of geographically accurate landscapes last year.
The Danish project is more ambitious, with towns and buildings reproduced in more detail.
The only difference, the team behind it said the only difference was that all roofs were flat.
It has also banned the use of one of the most common tools - explosives.
