A clever political bet would be to take the 14/1 now and wait for the odds to shorten massively when Boris becomes an MP (surely the odds would drop to about 3/1) and then trade out of the bet.

To the news corporations who are controlling the spin on TV broadcasts and cable - we know where you stand as well. The thought of Barak Obama becoming the next President has all of you so incensed that you will come up with a barrage of attacks against him to ensure he does not win. Shame on all of you, too!

Clearly the Obama campaign never imagined that McCain would pick Sarah. They, like most Democrats, were initially stunned. They couldn't believe McCain would pick an unknown.

It didn't matter if they were shredding his signs or invading his rallies, Dan Webster didn't attack. The ruthless Grayson campaign tried to provoke the midnight blue and cotton-white (the colors of the Webster campaign) with everything they could and the only reply they got was polite silence.
