Lenovo ThinkPad X13s Laptops in Karachi

The ThinkPad X13s, that runs Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 chips, was revealed by Lenovo at the MWC 2022 trade fair in Barcelona. Lenovo states that the ThinkPadX13s, that is passively cooled has a longer battery life and is able to play video for up to 28hrs. It also comes with a lot of wireless connectivity, including Wi-Fi 6E.
In the last few months we've dedicated a lot of column inch to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8cxGen 3. It has four Arm Cortex X1 prime cores operating at 3.0 GHz and four smaller A78 efficiency cores that operate at 2.4 GHz.
The biggest challenge for Qualcomm in the development of Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 (and Windows on Arm) was compatibility. Qualcomm has been in close collaboration with Microsoft as well as other software makers to ensure that processors running Arm work with x86 applications. Windows 11's release in the year before added x86 64 compatibility. It's no longer about the compatibility of WoA laptops, but rather how fast x86 apps can run.

Lenovo's big announcement at MWC2022 is what we are paying attention to. Lenovo has revealed several new notebooks, but the ThinkPad X13s are our focus. Lenovo, of course, is a well-known and reputable name in the laptop productivity space, so their willingness (or refusal) to take on new processors or SoCs can be a good indicator of the overall OEM enthusiasm for new chips.
The ThinkPad X13s is the first consumer notebook that is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon8cx Gen 3 processor. It also comes with various options that let users stay productive and long-lasting in a thin 0.53 inch frame.
One of the most talked-about features of the ThinkPadX13's battery life is its 28-hour runtime between charges. It sounds fantastic on paper but it all depends on the amount of work being carried out. Lenovo quotes video playback figures for its 49.5-Wh lithium-ion polymer battery. It's ultra-portable and lightweight at 2.35 lbs and measures 11.76 13. And 0.53 inches (WxDxH).
Lenovo provides three display options for the ThinkPad X13s: an IPS AG 300 nit panel, an IPS touch AG 300 nit Panel as well as a low power IPS AG display that has 400 nits of brightness. The ThinkPad X13s has a 13.3-inch display that has a 16:10 aspect ratio and an output resolution 1920x1200p.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X13s comes with two webcams. One comes with 5MP RGB and the other has a 5MP IR and supports Computer Vision presence detection. Connectivity-wise, the Lenovo X13s is equipped with two USB 3.2 G2 Type-C ports, with one 3.5 millimeter audio jack as well as an SIM card slot.
