Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking Tourism Entry Numbers from the United States
NEW YORK - Sep. 8 2022, /PRNewswire/ The Israel Ministry of Tourism today announced new records for arrivals of tourists to Israel from the United States in July and august. The country welcomed 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This represents a 4 percent increase over 2019 and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This is an increase of 13% from 2019.

Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) stated that it was exciting to observe the growth in Israeli tourism from the United States. Already surpassing the record-breaking numbers of 2019, he said. "The United States is our top destination for our inbound tourism to Israel. Before the COVID-19 pandemic we had record-breaking numbers of Israeli tourists entering Israel each month. נווה פריצקי We are so happy to see such a positive shift and expect this trend to last for many months and years."

Canada is on track to beat Israel's tourism arrivals by attracting 7,200 tourists to Israel in July 2022, and 6,600 in August.

In the year 2019, Israel welcomed more than 4.6 million tourists from around the world 969,600 of whom came from the United States, and since its official reopening for all travelers regardless of vaccination status in May this year The country has seen over 600,400 US travelers.
