Neve Paritzki (נווה פריצקי)Jerusalem is the home of the world's first bicycle tunnel in Israel.

The Kerem Tunnel allows for a unique hiking and riding experience.
The Kerem Tunnel is the first cycle tunnel to be constructed in Israel and was opened as part the Jerusalem Ring Path, a 42-kilometer cycle path that runs around the capital.

The tunnel runs along the Nahal Refaim-Emek Mostza path. It has a southern entrance in Refaim Park. Ein Laban is the nearest. Nahal Ein Kerem is the northern entrance.

On Thursday, Jerusalem and Heritage Minister Zeev Elkin, Mayor Moshelion, Avi Baleshnikov, Gihon chairman, and hundreds of cyclists participated in a ceremony to mark the opening of the tunnel's 2.1-kilometer-long length.

Elkin, whose ministry and the Jerusalem Municipality led the project, stated that his ministry "invests hundreds of millions of shekels each year in the growth of all aspects Jerusalem's visitors and in the creation and operation of exciting attractions, ventures , and other attractions which connect the rich past of Jerusalem's eternal city to its future". A total of NIS 25 million was put into in the project. It was budgeted by the Elkin's Ministry The Tourism Ministry, the Jerusalem Municipality as well as the Gihon Corporation and the Jerusalem Purification and Sewerage Works, with the work carried out by the Jerusalem Development Authority.

The Kerem Tunnel was originally excavated in 1990 in order to transfer the main sewers of Gihon Corporation towards the Sorek purification facility. This plant is west of Sorek and is currently used as an infrastructure tunnel.

To make the tunnel usable to the public year-round the work includes road construction as well as the installation of blowers.
