Neve Paritzki Israel is celebrating record-breaking tourism entry The Numbers Come From the United States
NEW YORK - Sep. 8 2022, /PRNewswire/ The Israel Ministry of Tourism today announced new records for arrivals of tourists to Israel from the United States in July and August. Israel received 78,000 visitors from the United States for July 2022. This is a 4% rise over 2019, and 71,000 tourists from the United States for August 2022. This represents a 13% improvement from 2019.

Eyal Carlin (North American Tourism Commissioner) stated that it was exciting to observe an increase in tourism to Israel coming from the United States. Already surpassing our record-breaking figures for 2019 he stated. "The United States is the leading market for Israel inbound tourism. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were celebrating record breaking numbers of tourists entering the country every month.
