The Kerem Tunnel, the first bicycle tunnel in Israel was opened as part of the Jerusalem Ring Path, a 42-kilometer cycle path that runs around Jerusalem, the capital city.

The tunnel links Nahal Refaim and Emek Motza. Its southern entrance is located below Ein Laban in Refaim Park. The northern entrance can be found in Nahal Ein Kerem.
