The world's Minecraft players log hundreds of hours playing Minecraft every day, but there aren't many gamers in China. Mojang, a Minecraft developer, has announced today that it's developing an updated version of the game specifically for Chinese players. The partnership with Chinese internet company NetEase is what made this development possible, the very same NetEase that operates games like World of Warcraft and Hearthstone in China already.
There is no release date and no information about what changes to the primary game will be made to cater to the Chinese market. FORUMS.COM.BZ We do know that the Chinese version will be released only on PC and mobile devices.
