At Domino’s Pizza our vision is to build a company of exceptional people on a mission to be the best pizza delivery company in the world. This standard begins with the appearance of our employees. Our expectations of you include wearing clean and pressed uniforms that fit properly. Hair must be neatly groomed and tucked under hat or tied back. Fingernail polish, excessive make up, and multiple piercings do not help us project the image we want to our customers and will not be allowed. Team members are required to cover tattoos with uniform components. If an undershirt is worn, it must be white, khaki, navy or black. Adherence to each of these standards is required.

It is our goal to provide our customers with the best food and service possible. Our employees are expected to deliver on this commitment for us. This starts with exercising courtesy and friendliness when dealing with customers and other team members. Employees are required to be polite and sincere with all customers. Obscene language, or other such inappropriate behavior, will not be tolerated, as it is considered a form of harassment in the workplace.

Employees are responsible for preparing and serving products which are of the highest quality standards. Quality assurance at Domino’s means strict adherence to detailed procedures, including preparation, assembly, and portioning of products, and accurate completion of orders. If you see something which doesn't meet Domino’s quality standards, don't serve it or don't allow it to be served.

Employees are responsible for providing fast service to customers. In most activities, you'll be required to work as fast as you can, with a sense of urgency, to deliver quick service to customers. With this in mind, several specific responsibilities you have are to stay in position; react to customers' orders quickly; prepare products quickly while maintaining the highest standards; and, keep your position neat, stocked and ready for the rush period. Also, you will be required to meet stated service time goals at the counter or on deliveries.

Employees are responsible for maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness in and around the restaurant. Domino’s requires total commitment from its employees in achieving high sanitation levels and exceeding customers' expectations for cleanliness in the restaurant, especially the rest rooms. Employees are required to keep all areas organized, including service and non-service areas, refrigerated and non-refrigerated spaces, all closets, shelves, under-counter spaces, storage modules, office, etc. Employees are required to keep all surfaces clean, including all walls, ceilings and floors, glass, equipment, bathroom fixtures, ledges, shelves, etc.

Employees are responsible for observing and using approved security and safety practices, and for making sure that safety equipment is properly used. Employees must help create a safe work environment and always assist in safety awareness.
