Today, the most highly recommended Vanilla private server ?
I'm hoping to return to WoW when the retail Classic servers are launched (hopefully sometime this year). To test the various classes and other features, I thought it would be beneficial to play on private servers similar to the blizzlike server.
I would prefer to spend a few weeks playing leveling toons rather than launching one on the retail servers only to regret it one month later.
Which server should you select?
Elysium
Light is the Hope
Kronos
Are there any other servers I should know about ?
What I'm seeking is a server that has 1x rates, blizzlike (preferably working dungeonsand dungeons) stable servers, and mid/high-pop.

It's a poor idea to play Elysium. LH and Kronos are better. Elysium has a bad past. They lied to get Nostalrius players and code, then used it to earn their own money (selling gold on the server, etc.). ).
Are there any differences between Kronos and LH? Thanks for the heads up by the way.
I had a great experience on elysium. It's hard to let go of the past.

If you want a pve server to test classes on, https://symmetrywow.com/ can be good to test content / classes on. It has only 200 users during EU primetime.
My Kaspersky blocks the link lol?
It's a valid point; moistly to test the levelling experience.
Any instant 60 servers you would recommend?
Kronos is less than 1k per pop.
Eliminating all politics and drama, the health of Northdale is top-of-the-line and will likely last longer than other communities. It's the most recent (FRESHEST!) and its content patches will seamlessly into Classics release timeline. Northdale is the ideal choice for those who don't want to invest in drama on pservers but still wants to play a blizzlike blizzlike server while they wait for Classic.
I have two 60s on the elysiums Nighthaven server. I've always had a blast there.
