Mrs. Leyla Alyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva were informed by the center, that they have been assisting students who are paralyzed since 1969.
The facility was renovated on the initiative of the First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the year 2010.
The boarding school can house up to 141 children aged 6-14 years old.

It was explained that the facility, which can house up to 96 children, will be able to integrate children into the community and providing rehabilitation.
