The Texarkana All Digital Update is well underway. The program will see the rollout of new all-digital devices and introduce a new channel lineup. Analog channels will be turned off and new ones added. During the all-digital update, the base files will remain on the local drive, and no physical upgrade DVDs will be required. The digital upgrade will include four phases. During the first phase, the new channels will be available. The next phase will see the turnoff of the analog channels and the addition of new digital channels.
