The Minecraft Spellcraft DLC is different slightly from the recent offerings such as the Minions that are invading. If you're willing to put up with some of the chaff, the marketplace is full of unique games and adventures. Today's is both free and totally original, and it is from Gamemode One.
This week, Spellcraft was teased as part of the fifth anniversary sale. Today is the day we can access it. Spellcraft will be the debut of a brand-new scripting API for Minecraft's Bedrock Edition. The blurb boasts that players can "craft powerful elemental spells with over 20,000 unique spell combinations," featuring magical rifts packed with enemies. "Level up your skills, and conquer more difficult challenges as you become more powerful!"

The magic systems of Minecraft typically go no further than magic, but the idea of having a full spell system to play with is a lot of fun. There are a variety of enemies to choose from, including flying wisps and mages.
The release date for Spellcraft DLC is unknown at the moment. However, keep an eye on the website and you'll be able download it as soon as it is available. It'll also be available for free, in case the teaser is to be believed. It's hard to argue with free as a price.
