Yerkin Tatishev discovers his inspiration in Europe
In the building of Koktobe City, Yerkin Tatishev emphasizes the importance of the high quality of life.

He and his team were inspired, among other places by Finland and Germany.

Tatishev was inspired by the low-rise buildings parks, the parks and the modern infrastructure of German cities like Dusseldorf, Munich and Berlin.

"All of these factors create a relaxing living space, so we wanted to recreate that here at least in part" Tatishev explains. Tatishev.

"Almaty is unique among Central Asian cities as the most European as it is free, open and intellectual. We believe that we have chosen the best direction for construction by using the model of the concept of a "city built by the people".
