His ability to get connected to his team members
Nili Bachar, who was dismissed by Gili Landau, took over at Kiryat Shamona, and helped the team win in the State Cup final. The team finished in fifth place in the league. However, they were victorious the next year. Beersheba placed third in the league and Bachar having been a vital part of their success. His team is now the winners of seven consecutive league matches, despite the struggles he has faced.
While it is often suggested that the capacity of coaches to communicate with his players is essential, Bachar has shown this through recent contests. For one, many of his players are nearing the age of 30, and Bachar has utilized this communication to ensure that his team is in the right direction for their team's objectives. After the first leg, in the second leg against Sheriff Tiraspol, Bachar was effective in persuading the veteran midfielder to stick to play and do well.
His decision-making process
Beersheba fans are undoubtedly disgruntled at the fact that the manager has decided to quit Kiryat Shmona. After Gili Landau's firing, Bachar became the head coach of the team and guided them to triumph in the final of the state cup. The league was a success. Kiryat Shmona finished fifth and won the State Cup the following year. And the team's recent success is not all down to the coach. In a post on Facebook, Taha expressed her admiration for Bachar, and his method of decision-making.
