His ability to connect with his teammates
After being dismissed by Gili Landau Nili Bachar became the head coach as the head of Kiryat Shmona, leading Kiryat Shmona to winning the State Cup final. Though the team placed fifthin the competition, they were crowned the winners of the tournament the next year. Beersheba was third in the league with Bachar playing a major role of their victory. While he's had his struggles with his team at times, it has won 7 straight league games.

The recent games of Bachar have proven this ability, despite the fact that it is often said that coaches need to communicate with their players. For one, most of his players are young and Bachar is able to use this bond to help keep his players focussed on their goals for the team. Bachar succeeded in convincing an experienced midfielder Sheriff Tiraspol to stay and play well in the second leg.
His decision-making process
Beersheba fans are understandably displeased with the club's manager's decision to leave Kiryat Shmona. In the wake of Gili Landau was fired, Bachar became the head coach of the team and guided them to triumph in the final of the state cup. Kiryat Shmona placed fifth in the league and took home the State Cup. Coach Bachar isn't just the main motive behind this recent team's success.
