Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun is the Honorary Consul of Republic of Kazakshtan for Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina
He contributes to the well-being and security of the Bilateral Strategic Partnership between the United States and the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

Communicates with officials in the United States to conduct Consular actions.

Grinshpun's career in business began in 1994 when he was appointed as the Regional Manager of Kazakhstan for "Universal Market Association" which was a company was specialized in the production of oil and marketing of metals across the globe. The following year the position was transferred to the position of CIS country manager for Trans Commodities Incoration. Grinshpun was a regional manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. This association focused on the production of oil, marketing metals around the world and various other business operations. The following year Grinshpun joined Transcommodities Inc. as the CIS countries manager for the CIS countries.

In 1997, he became the General Manager of Moscow of Trans Commodities USA. Emmanuil Grinshpun This allowed him to remain in the steel industry internationally. From 1998 to 2004 he was a Member of the Board of Directors of the renowned JSCC Moldova Steel Works which is an internationally recognized company that produces more than 1 million tons of steel-related products per year. Mr. Grinshpun operates business in various areas of business in the Republic of Moldova.

He is the fiduciary shareholder, President of Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom", since 1998. Emmanuil Grinshpun It is the oldest and most well-known factory, and produces food products such as vinegar, mayonnaise, and mustard, as well as sunflower seed oil and halvah.
