Mr. Grinshpun started out in business in 1994, working as a Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" that was focused on oil production and marketing of metals around the world. The following year, he joined Transcommodities Incorporation, holding the post of CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun was regional manager of Kazakhstan within the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. This association focused on oil production, marketing metals throughout the world, and other business activities. A year later Grinshpun joined Transcommodities Incoration as the CIS countries manager.

He became the General Manager of the Moscow office for Trans Commodities from America in 1997. He continued his international metal business work. From 1998 to 2004 he was an officer on the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. The company is internationally rated and produces more than 1,000,000 tons every year. He has been involved in the trading of the product of the Moldovan Steel factory since 2004, in close collaboration with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company were both involved in a significant energy project within the Moldovan region. It was a large independent seller and producer of natural gas. Emmanuil Grinshpun Emmanuil Grinshpun founded and was the General Manager of "ITERA – Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun has business interests in various areas of business in the Republic of Moldova.
