Spaghetti:

Noodle (Whole box)

Ragu Chunky Mushroom (S)

Tomato Paste (1 small can)

Stewed Tomato Italian Recipe (Optional)

Canned Mushroom (small, 2 or 3, drain liquid before mixing in)

Onion (1/2)

Minced Garlic (2 or 3 teaspoon)

Sugar (1 tablespoon)

Salt (1/2 teaspoon)

Pepper Seed (1/4 teaspoon)

1.) cut onion in half and chop it (only use half. Big pieces so Josh can separate)

2.) Wash/wipe all cans and bottles before opening

3.) Open mushrooms and drain water out

4.) Open spaghetti box

5.) Put olive oil in pot

6.) SAUCE:

7.) Frying pan: 3 or 4 tablespoons olive oil. Set to medium/high heat.

8.) Add onions and fry it until golden and transparent

9.) Add garlic and keep sautéing it (keep moving/stirring with spatula), don't burn garlic

10.) Add mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes

11.) Add stewed tomatoes (if you have it)

12.) Add tomato paste and stir

13.) Add Ragu sauce and stir

14.) Add sugar

15.) Add salt and pepper

16.) Let it boil while stirring

17.) Once boiling, lower heat to in between medium and low for 15 minutes let it sit in low heat, (cover it if you can).

18.) SPAGHETTI:

19.) Fill pot 3/4 water

20.) Add salt (2 tablespoons) and mix it

21.) Let it boil in high heat

22.) Once boiling, add spaghetti and cook for 8-9 minutes. Stir once in a while so it doesn't stick.

23.) Turn heat off

24.) Save 1 cup of the pasta water (drain in 1 cup first).

25.) Drain water with strainer.

26.) Cut sausage

27.) Stir fry in pan (no oil needed)

28.) Serve it.
