The biggest error we make is that, with no reason at all, we always assume that we are in complete agreement with the expectations of both sides without trying to pick our partner's mind to determine what his expectations of us are. We are almost always fully in agreement with our partner except for one aspect that he does not overlook the chance to expand this gap . There's no one to tell us about the coming clash.

There are many causes for miscommunications, and most of them have to do with our personality. Squared personalities are likely to confuse those who are liberal, while people who are aggressive may have difficult to align expectations with those of passive people. This isn't difficult to identify as we are all aware of the difference between liberal and squared and passive and active.

Humans can be classified into two distinct groups. Certain of us are "full-circle" types, a self-contained person that feels totally natural to be alone. He does want to partner with others, and sure, he's always looking for people to share his life with. Absolutely! All true! ... However, he cannot survive without his dream companion until he locates one. Once he has found the right person then he'll be able to live the rest of his life with his complete circle of companions.

Half-circle people constitute the remaining half of humankind. When they find the miserable creature that they have found, they will not let go. They will work to physically integrate their victim into a happy circle. The Halves do not want to compromise their desire to stare at each other from a distance of 0 for the rest of their lives. It's impossible for them to be more connected than that.
An interesting observation between the two types of people is the decision to let go of an individual partner. If a partner has lost chemistry with the full circle will be released in a natural way by the entire circle. Half-circle people, however, redefine what 'having mutually chemistry with their partner means - 'I'm still holding onto this B..ST..RD until I am able to safely replace them with a proper upgrade'.
Imagine a dance where two half-circles and a complete circle are trying to please their partner. However, the Half is able to make two steps to the left of the comfort zone. The unexpected intrusion into his personal space is somewhat scary. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. However, by the fact that he took the Half out of his comfort zone .... the Half is sure that the Full has made an innocent wrong move and promptly compensates with another step forward. The Full begins to be irritated and takes a bigger step backward.. the Half starts to think that there is nothing innocent about what's going on in this situation and his next step is not gentle at all.. the Full.. the Half.. the Full and the half are irritated with the other. They know why but for lack of proper terminology, they cannot properly explain their agony and they turn to the wrong places! They could have been saved if they had known that the one they are searching for is Half and the other is full.
There isn't any single solution, there are a few steps you can do.
