It's a huge problem that people do not understand. It's a minefield that we've created. It starts a second after the first encounter with someone and ends with an incredible explosion...
The most common mistake we make is to believe that we're in complete alignment in our expectations of each side without trying to figure out what our partner's expectations are of us. One thing we can agree on is that our partner is not afraid to increase the gap in expectations ..... There's nobody to tell us about the imminent conflict.

There are a variety of possible causes of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by personality differences. Individuals with squares are likely to be misinformed by people of a liberal mindset, and individuals who are aggressive will have it difficult to reconcile expectations with those of passive people. However, this is not difficult to spot - we know that liberal is squared, and aggressive from passive.

What do you think if they're very different, but they do not be aware of that. It is possible that there exists a gap in personality between them however, we aren't aware about it. Nobody has ever noticed it, warned others about it, investigated it...NOT be a FRAUD! !

Two kinds of people are human. There are those who are "full-circle" type which is a person who finds it easy to be completely by themselves. It is true that he may need a partner. Absolutely! It's all true ... However, he'll never be able survive without a suitable partner. If he can find the perfect one and has found the right one, he'll be able to enjoy his life with his full circle of friends.
The other group is those who are "half-acircle" types. When they find the miserable animal, they DO NOT LET GO! They will move to almost physically join their victim to form one happy circle... and don't give them this bullshit of living shoulder-to-shoulder! The Halves do not want to compromise their desire to staring at each one from a distance that is zero for the rest of their lives. Anything less intimate will satisfy their urge to integrate with another half and create one whole.
A fascinating observation of the two types of people is the decision to leave an individual partner. The whole circle tends to let go quickly of the partner with whom they've lost chemistry with. The "half-a-circle" type , however, will redefine what it means to have the same chemistry as their partners. They'll say they're holding on to this B..ST..RD until they are able to replace him with a better version.

Imagine the dance where two half-circles and a complete circle try to please their partner. However, the Half is able to take two steps forward past the comfortable zone. This unexpected invasion into the privacy of his own is slightly intimidating. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The problem is that he stepped out half of his comfortable zone .... and while the Half was convinced that the Full was making an error that was innocent The Half starts to get angry and takes a step in the opposite direction. They don't know why but they lack proper terms and are unable to explain the situation. So they go to the wrong places. They could have saved their own lives knowing that one is Half and the other one is Full.
Although there isn't a single conclusion, there are a variety of ways to go about it.
1. Learn more about who you are
2. Discover who is your partner really is
3. Recognize that there is a distinction.
