Histories
Vivecraft began in 2013 as Minecrift by mabrowning and StellaArtois as a mod for seated-VR that was developed for the Oculus Rift development kits. Automat-GH made it available to OpenVR in the early part of 2016. He also added the original implementations for teleporting, roomscale play, and the name MinecriftVive. In mid-2016 jrbudda and Techjar started updating the mod, and have since added numerous features and improved compatibility with the greater Minecraft community. To differentiate the current version, Vivecraft is now being used.
