'Made in....Earth' - Rami Beracha

This blog is written by Rami Beracha about venture capital world. Rami is also co-founder at Sosa.
Communication is a huge issue. It can be a minefield that is our own mistake. It begins a second after making the first contact with another person and comes to an end with a stunning explosion...
Our biggest mistake is to believe that we're in complete alignment in our expectations of each other and not trying to guess what our partner's expectations are of us. One thing is certain however: our partner doesn't miss any opportunity to increase this expectation gap . And there is no one out there to alert us to the upcoming conflict.
There are many potential causes of miscommunications. The majority of them are caused by the differences in our personalities. People who are square are more likely to be miscommunicative with liberals. Affirmative personalities might have difficulty aligning expectations with passive people. This is easy to recognize - everyone knows the difference between moderate and passive from aggressive.
However, what is the likelihood that they're so different, but they do not realize that. Think about if there is a gap in personality. Nobody has ever found it, warned about or investigated it. !
Let me introduce you, ladies and gentlemen, to the new type of personality that we all have the FULL CIRCLE characters as opposed to the HALF-CIRCLE personalities. !

Note - This analysis is intended to provide behavioral guidance. After reading this analysis, you will be able to identify which type of personality best describes you. You can also try to determine your life partner. If you find that you're different types - like Bono sings, "we can be one, but not the same", - you should be extremely happy because you may have identified the reason behind many of your differences. If you're of the same type like me, I'm sorry, but I'm not able to help with understanding why your relationships are to be so bad.

Let's get started...

Two kinds of human beings are there. Certain of us are 'full-circle' types, a self-contained person that is completely comfortable alone. Yes, he needs to be with someone and he's seeking one. Absolutely! It's all true ... However, he cannot survive without his dream companion until he finds one. When he has found one, he wishes to live his life, in a relationship with his hopefully complete circle - partner.
Other people are those who are "half-acircle" types. Once they have found the miserable creature, they will not ever let it go! They'll work to physically integrate their victim into a happy circle. The Halves don't want to sacrifice anything other than starring one at the opposite from a distance of a single pixel for the rest of their lives. Only intimacy will fill their need for connection to one another and create a whole.
A notable difference between the two is the choice to end a relationship. Someone who is no longer chemistry-wise within the circle will be released easily by the entire circle. Half-circles on the other side will redefine the idea of having the same chemistry' as their partners to mean: 'I'm holding onto this B..ST..RD. until I am able to replace him properly'.
Rami Beracha
Imagine the incredible dance between the "half-a circle" and the full circle. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. He pushed the Half out of his comfort zone . Even though the Half assumes that the Full made a wrong move, and he was kind enough to compensate by taking a second step forward, the Half gets more worried and starts to get angry. They don't know why however, they don't have the proper terminology and don't know how to explain the situation. So they go to the wrong place. They could have saved themselves if they had known the difference between Half and Full.
While this article isn't intended to provide a complete outline, there are a few steps you could take.
1. Discover who you really are
2. Learn who your partner is
3. Be aware that there is a huge distinction.
3. Respect the differences!
Rami Beracha
There is only one conclusion.
