Our biggest mistake is to assume that we're in complete alignment in our expectations for each other without trying to guess what our partner's expectations are of us. One thing is for certain however: our partner doesn't miss any chance to widen this gap . There's no one to tell us about the upcoming confrontation.
There are many causes of confusion. They are usually related to our individual personality. The square personality is more likely to not communicate with those who are liberal. People who are aggressive will be unable to reconcile their expectations with those of passive personalities. This isn't difficult to identify - we all know squared from liberal, and aggressive from passive.
What happens if they're totally different? They'll not recognize that. Consider if there's a gap in personality. It is not something that any person has ever investigated or even discovered. !

Two kinds of human beings are there. Some people are 'full-circle' that is an independent individual who feels perfectly at home all by him. Sure, he needs a partner. Absolutely! It's true! ... He can still survive without the perfect partner. Once he's found one, he wishes to live the rest of his life in a relationship with his - hopefully full circle of a partner.

Other people are the "half-acircle" kinds. Once they've found the miserable creature that they have found, they will not let go of it. They'll try to physically join their victim to create one happy circle. They won't compromise on being in a position to gaze at one with each other for the rest of their lives. They will not settle for anything less intimate to fulfill their desire to join with their other half to make up a whole.

One of the most fascinating observations between different types is how they decide to let go of their partner. The complete circle will usually be quick to let go of the partner with whom they've lost chemistry with. The "half-a-circle" type , however, will redefine the meaning of having the same chemistry as their partners. They'll say they're holding on to this B..ST..RD' until they can replace him with a more effective upgraded version.
Imagine the amazing dance that occurs when a "half" and "full" circle try to make each other their partner. They're not aware of their different perspectives. The Half takes two leaps forward, far beyond the comfort space of the Full who finds the sudden intrusion into his personal space too frightening. So he fixes this zone-invasion-problem by making a gentle step backward. The issue is that he did this by removing the Half of his comfort zone . While the Half believes that the Full committed an innocent mistake and took another step forward, the Half begins to become irritated and takes another step in the opposite direction.. The Half.. Half.. and the Half are both a bit off. They don't know why but they aren't using the correct terminology and don't know how to explain it. Therefore, they head to the wrong places. It would have saved their lives if they had known the difference between half and full.
While there's no one conclusion, there are some actions you can take.
