Rami Beracha’s advice to students studying at Herzliya's Interdisciplinary Center is based on his own experience. When he was a young man Rami decided to study law. Although he was unsure if this was the right path to pursue, he decided to continue his legal studies, earned a Master’s in New York and worked as an intern in an international law firm. However, through his work at the Wall Street law firm, he realized that he actually loved business more than law. He left his job and moved to France to take on an MBA.

Following her graduation in the year 1996, Beracha got a job by the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. Pitango is Israel's most significant venture capital investment company. Pitango is a fund that focuses on early-stage companies creating core areas in high tech and has received more than 200 investments from investors and has exited more than 85 companies so far. Rami was appointed the managing partner in the year 2000. Over the next 18 years, the company negotiated many deals that led to successful exits from Fortune 500 giants Broadcom, Marvel Cisco, Cisco, Apple, and Cisco.
He didn’t stop there. Globes gave Beracha the 2011 "Esteemed Partner” award. He was recognized for being an influential investor. Rami founded Sosa in 2014 as a fresh initiative. Sosa has Innovation centers located in New York and Tel Aviv which assist innovative high-tech companies in partnering with global entrepreneurs looking to collaborate with promising Israeli startups. Sosa was recently appointed to oversee the development and operation of New York City’s cyber center.

Rami Beracha believes there are always opportunities. Even though the past few years have been challenging economically since the coronavirus's inception but he is convinced that there are many more. He suggests looking for new businesses with significant digital disruptions that might be "Covid Long".
Beracha has two projects that are in the process of development. A group of business partners and Beracha recently created an investment fund based in London. Beracha is ready for the next stage after his contribution to in the establishment of Israel as a world-class technology hub. Beracha's outlook on business was highlighted in the investment fund. "We are aware of technology, but we invest in mission-driven people." They aim to identify enthusiastic businesses and help blockchain's efforts to secure to be at the forefront of innovative concepts.

Alongside this European fund, Beracha has plans for another Middle Eastern venture capital fund. Beracha believes that now is the perfect time to invest into the Arab market. The modern and wealthy Dubai is a good location to start. Ender Ventures, his latest fund is an idea which he is working on. It's going to be able to draw European and Israeli investors to support high-tech UAE companies that work in artificial intelligence, VR, robotics, etc. The United Arab Emirates is unique in its business outlook. Due to its low corporate tax rate, as well as its extremely business-friendly legislation, the UAE will likely be a magnet for many companies in the future.

While it is evident that Rami Beracha succeeds in everything that he's decided to do, his life was not always easy. Beracha became an untrained young man, as the majority of Israelis. He was a member of the Paratrooper's Brigade as a combat soldier, and also fought in the Lebanon War. In 1983, shortly following the war, Rami was part of an emergency rescue team that was sent to assist wounded soldiers who were trapped in a minefield. Rami however, fell on a mine hidden beneath his feet and was severely injured.

He was in a hospital to recover, which was one of the most challenging times in his life. He was unable and unwilling to get up and about, and ultimately was stricken with depression and despair. His hopes of establishing his army career seemed lost to him. He didn’t even know who he really was. Rami found the strength to live and dream again despite his suffering. Rami vowed to be more successful and stronger than prior to his injuries. Rami took the initiative to explore different extreme sports. He is now a fan of kitesurfing, snowboarding, and has even completed a hike on Mount Kilimanjaro. He sometimes feels like his unwounded past is pushing him ahead, even as he works to improve.
He has volunteered for numerous organisations and also makes donations. He is extremely committed to helping young men, who were wounded in combat. Rami took a group injured soldiers to Nepal in the year 2016 where he was awarded the rank of major. In 2018 , he was awarded the rank of major in the paratrooper and fire brigades in the Israeli military. The dreams of his childhood had come to fruition, despite the hardships. His life and story can be a source of inspiration for othersto never give up no matter the circumstances. Rami didn't let his injuries stop him from learning new things and was able to get stronger each day.
