Minecraft star Stampy Cat to deliver RSE Christmas message

YouTube and Minecraft legend Stampy Cat is to deliver an address before 2,000 schoolchildren in Dundee.
Stampy - who's real name is Joseph Garrett - will give the Royal Society of Edinburgh's Christmas Lecture at the city's Caird Hall on Monday.
His YouTube channel has more than 6.7 million users.
The lecture will be broadcast exclusively on BBC iPlayer next Thursday.

BBC Scotland said Minecraft fans would, for the first time, get to watch Stampy demonstrate how he creates his videos during a session with Dundee games entrepreneur Chris van der Kuyl.
Stampy will go over the process of making his Christmas special and give the audience an insight into his life and a career that has led him to become one of the most well-known YouTubers.
Van der Kuyl stated that Stampy was the "epitome digital native of the 21st century" who would inspire audiences regardless of their age.
"Stampy is a source of inspiration for an entire new generation of young people who clearly see that future careers will depend on a unique blend of talents as well as creativity, technical and design abilities that can be learned by everyone," he added.
The RSE lecture will be screened as part of the BBC Make it Digital initiative to foster digital creativity in young people.
