As per the image you have shared your problem is this.

recommend body cleaning, filter cleaning, sensor cleaning for any kind of issue track the runtime
2.4 ghz wifi to connect with tp03.
04 and above will connect to both 2.4 and 5ghz.
if not then use dual band wifi
forget the 5ghz 2.4 should only be saved.
check with the hotspot too
white light then wifi is connected
update the app always before connecting
white and green light then wifi is reset by switching power button for 20sec. then
