- lily dan james potter, alice dan frank longbottom, sirius black
Mereka punya peran penting, dalam kemenangan Kementerian Sihir melawan Dark Lord dalam First Wizarding War (berakhir pada 1981). Tetapi, setelah kekalahan Voldemort, orde dibubarkan.
Order of the Phoenix bangkit kembali dikarenakan kebangkitan Voldemort. Mereka bangkit bersama dengan wajah-wajah baru. Harry Potter, Ginny Weasley, Ron Weasley, Hermione Granger.

Dan tugas Orde pun sekarang tidak hanya sekedar menghentikan Voldemort, namun juga melindungi Harry Potter. Karena, Harry itu satu-satunya orang yang "mungkin" dapat mengalahkan Voldemort.
