Nasser BENJELLOUN holds a Master’s diploma in Applied Economics and a Master’s diploma in Real Estate Management from the University of Paris-Dauphine. He can be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Nicholas is Account Executive for the MRI Software Occupier Division, answerable for enterprise improvement in Africa. Previously, Sheila labored within the Oil & Gas and the energy industries both at the project (Total Kenya Ltd. & KenGen) and regulatory levels influencing coverage formulation while at Energy Regulatory Commission. Sheila is a trained Civil Engineer at present completing an government Masters program at Strathmore University, certified PRINCE2 practitioner and an EDGE Expert.

Nasser Benjelloun started his profession in the Real Estate Department of HSBC financial institution in Paris, and for the Galeries Lafayette group’s actual property firm . Prior to becoming a member of REIM Partners, Nasser worked for Allianz Real Estate France as Asset Manager of a blended portfolio of belongings value roughly €800M located in France and Belgium, including places of work, retail and residential. Cliff has intensive experience in numerous building typologies and tasks that vary from the urban scale to detail design. In 2016 and 2017 Cliff’s skilled projects have been shortlisted as finalists at the World Architecture Festival, in 2017 he obtained 5 international awards for a new Eye hospital in the Republic of Congo. His work has been on display at the Venice Bienale as well as the Norgen World Architecture Exhibition in Oslo, Norway. In 2018 Cliff was invited as a finalist to be part of the Norman Foster International Workshop on cities and urban design.
After completing articles with PwC, Leon moved to the Global Risk Management Services within PwC, where he turned the Senior Manager in management of Data Management. He is a Charted Accountant and also holds a Honours Degree in Accounting Science. In 2004, Leon moved to Solenta Aviation, where he grew to become Group Finance Director inside 18 months. During his tenure as Group Finance Director, the group expanded from 12 plane to forty eight plane, working in eight African countries (including South Africa, Mozambique, Algeria, Ghana, Gabon, Kenya, Tanzania and Cote d’Ivoire). Leon joined Grit in April 2015 as CFO, where he has continued to utilise his tax structuring data and experience in operating in Africa to expand the asset base of the Group.
