Safeguard Yourself With EMF Shielding Clothes
There are emf shielding who are concerned about the risks from RF EMF, but there are ways to protect yourself. Wearing clothing made of EMR shielding fabrics can protect you from damaging radiation. They are typically made from a silver-colored cloth encased in fine mesh. When the radiation from wireless signals like a cell phone or WI-FI signal enter this material they cause the electrons inside it to bounce echo, or bounce around the material. One of these textiles, known as the Wavestopper(tm) fabric has been proven to block 99 percent of radiofrequency radiation that is harmful.

RF EMF can cause heat to organic matter
RF EMF is a potent source of energy that has the ability to increase the temperature of organic matter. It achieves this by altering the water molecules' polarization. The resultant heat can cause superficial and deep burns, cataracts, and general hyperthermia. Although these symptoms may not be as apparent as typical EHS symptoms however, they can be grave. Luckily, the levels of exposure required to trigger these symptoms are small compared to the consequences of prolonged radiation to EMF.

An RF-powered antenna of 25 ft in length was placed in 620 feet depth. In the course of forty hours of heating with RF, the temperature within the borehole increased from 210 F. The study revealed the potential of RF heating as an effective method of heating the formation. In a later study, Bottazzi et al. (2013) examined the effectiveness of electric heating in the downhole situation.

Both of these methods can be utilized for heating up organic matter. The first method involves placing an object in a high frequency electromagnetic field. A second approach involves placing an object within the field of an inductor. The electromagnetic field creates electric currents within the material, which then heat the object. The amount of heat that is generated is determined by its resistance to the flow of the currents, as well as the length of exposure.


Although the biological effects of RF EMFs aren't conclusive, studies have shown the possibility of a link between exposure to RF EMF in conjunction with EHS symptoms. While it's not clear what the duration of EMF exposure may cause cell damage, it's important to be aware of what's going on in the body so that you can avoid this issue. EMF exposure can even impact the function of organs.

The effect of heating caused by EMF from RF is caused by the polarity of the substances. When the RF energy passes through a compound that is polar that has atomic nuclei, electrons within the nuclei get displaced from their equilibrium position. This causes the electrons around the nuclei transform into dipoles that are induced. This dipole realignment takes place hundreds of times per second. As a result there is friction created between the rotating molecules, and heat is generated throughout the material.

While RF radiation does not directly damage DNA, it can cause heat to accumulate in body tissue, which could lead to burning or damage to tissue. Contrary to ionizing radiation RF radiation is not believed to cause cancer. However, some studies show an increase in tumors in laboratory animals exposed to RF radiation.

There are many federal agencies involved in managing and monitoring the consequences on the body of RF radiation on human bodies. They include the Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, and the OSHA. They track RF exposure to ensure that it is safe for workers. They also advise employees to reduce their exposure if they are working in high-frequency RF environments.
