The way to Protect yourself from EMFs
People claim that blocking EMF radiation from the environment is good for your health. However, this has not been proven. There are no specific guidelines for EMF radiation levels, and the effects of overexposure have not been adequately studied. The EPA regulates both man-made and natural radiation. Human physiology is not able to distinguish between the two, but the energy level of radiation determines the health effects.

Metal shielding
You can shield your electromagnetic devices with a wide range of materials. Because of its high conductivity, and non-ferrous nature, metal is a popular choice.
