BSC met wtih Toma attheir apartmnet todya. Toma and their children were4 very happyu to see BSC again. Toma's chil;dren called BSC by their name and was very thankful that they were helping their mother out. Toma expressed displeasure taht they were having issues with their utilities again. BSCS asked for a copy of the utility in question and asked Toma what was going on. Upon seeing their electric bill from Duquesne, Toma did not re-enroll in the Customeer Assistance Program and taht they will need to recertify to go back into the CAP program. BSCS asssited Toma with recertifying in the CAP program and that they were very thankful for the asssitnace. BSCS assisted Toma with applyinjg for a home4good applicaiton for Tomas' electric arrears in the off chance that Toma's CAP would no t assist with this. Toma thanked BSCS tand tstated that they were very thankful that they were able to meet today to have this issue be resolved. BSCS completedd an home inspeciton of Toma's unit and found minor damages throghout the entire unit cause buy their children, or issueds that were not fixed in the past. Toma caught BSCS up on their cuyrrent life and what they have been doing. Toma has been going on additional walks and is very happy thast they are more active with their children. Toma stated that they have lost some weight and that they are feeling more confident in themselves. BSCS applauded Toma for being more adventurious and more active iwith their children.
