I'll attempt to create an instructional video on how to use the letter notes that I've posted on this blog to make songs in Minecraft using Note Blocks.
The first thing I'll suggest is to go through this video, the majority of the information you'll require to know is in it.
If you've finished watching you've realized that you'll need two programs to create songs in Minecraft I'll provide them below:

Note that each "--" represents an empty block space in Minecraft Note Block Studio. Unfortunately, Minecraft blocks are limited to 2 octaves, the full 4th octave, and parts of the 3rd and 5th octaves. You can't create songs using notes from more than three Octaves. That's why i used only the notes from octave 4. I tried replacing octave 2 notes using octave 3, however Minecraft doesn't have the "f" note for octave 3...
The bottom line is that you should think about creating only songs that are easy to make and use 1 or 2 Octaves.
Anyways after you're done making notes, go to File > Export as Schematic.
Then, use MCEdit to load the file in one of your game worlds. To learn how it's done, check out the video that I linked at the end of this post.
