Hogwarts Legacy, the upcoming Harry Potter RPG from the creators behind Disney Infinity, Cars, and the Toy Story games, will feature a brand new gameplay trailer that will be revealed at Gamescom 2022, in the same show that will include Sonic Frontiers, Return to Monkey Island, Goat Simulator 3 and Minecraft.
Opening Night Live, hosted by Geoff Keighley on August 23 The event will begin Gamescom. This two-hour showcase will likely include the majority of the new games and footage from the Expo that is scheduled to take place in the coming weeks. Follow our guide on how to watch Gamescom 2022. Numerous games have been confirmed, including the semi-open world Sonic Frontiers and Ron Gilbert's Monkey Island sequel. However, Keighley has now confirmed that Hogwarts Heritage will be the subject of an "exclusive new design".

We will be live on the Gamescom 2022 show floor and will provide you with all the latest information about Hogwarts Legacy's unveiling along with any other trailers or new games.
While we wait for Hogwarts Legacy, there are plenty of other games to keep us busy. We've also been trying to answer the elusive question - is Harry Potter in Hogwarts Legacy? And , of course, prior to Gamescom 2022, it's worthwhile to have a refresher on the upcoming PC games, including Saints Row and Company of Heroes 3.
