There are many people who are concerned about the risks of RF EMF, but there are ways to protect yourself. RF EMF can heat up organic matter

Both methods can be employed to heat up organic matter. First, it involves placing the substance in a high-frequency electromagnetic field. Another method is to place an object in the electromagnetic field of an inductor. The electromagnetic field creates electrical currents in the substance, which then heat the object. How much heat is produced is dependent upon the resistance the substance has to the flow of currents, as well as the length of exposure.

There are a variety of federal agencies responsible for managing and monitoring the impacts on the body of RF radiation on human bodies. They include those of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Food and Drug Administration, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. They monitor RF exposure to ensure that it is safe for workers. They also encourage employees to reduce their exposure when working in environments with high-frequency RF.
