while running through required check I found that you are getting this issue because payment arrangement is not set up on account till 31st. I tried to set up extension from my end however system is not allowing me to make any change in account as you are not eligible for payment extension.
while restoring you account system prompt me that customer need to clear the delinquent amount which is $242.00 and days is 73

Payment arrangement is automatically being set up by our system and without eligibility, your service will not be restored as well even if you schedule a new future payment

Hoping for your understanding. If only this is within my control, I will do it in a heartbeat. I am also a customer myself outside the office so I know how important this is. I just want to be transparent and ensure to resolve your issue without giving false information.
If the things are in my hand I will surely go ahead and restore the services however thing here is that now its completely depend upon system.
